Auction Summary of Terms of Sale: 15% buyer's premium, all taxes and transfer fees of vehicles are the responsibility of buyer, removal within one week of sale with paid receipt and evidence of proof of insurance. In state title transfer required for KY residents in order to pick up a vehicle, proof of Out of State title Transfer must be delivered to auction firm within two business days of pickup - No Exceptions – Enforcement of Title Transfer Governed by Federal Bankruptcy Code.

Full payment within 24 hours of the auction via wire transfer, credit card or cash. Any buyer wanting to pay with a credit card will be charged a 3% service fee in addition to the purchase price. Kentucky Sales Tax of six percent (6%) will be applied to the total purchase price of all on non-titled personal property unless buyer maintains and presents a valid resale certificate AT TIME OF REGISTRATION – call 270-769-0284 to provide certificate when registering. Resale Certificates provided after registration will not be accepted or honored and the buyer will pay the required sales taxes.
