Registration
Although registration is not required to use the Service or access the Site, if you decide to register you must complete the PublicAuctionFinder.com registration process, during the registration process and be at least 18 years of age. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, and all uses of your account, whether or not you have authorized such use. You agree to notify PublicAuctionFinder.com at service@publicauctionfinder.com immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
PublicAuctionFinder.com reserves the right to refuse the Service or access to the Site to any user, or to delete accounts created by users who violate the Terms by appropriating the name, likeness, email address, or other personally identifiable information of another individual of for any other reason in its sole discretion.
Advertisements
PublicAuctionFinder.com not involved in auctions/release. We are not involved in actual transactions between users of the Site or any "External Sites" (whether such users are auction houses, appraisers, art or antiques dealers, trade members, curators, educators, antiques professionals, collectors or other third parties affiliated with PublicAuctionFinder). We have no control over the quality or legality of the items displayed on our Site or the truth or accuracy of the descriptions of such items, upcoming auction events or auction results displayed on our Site. In the event that you have a dispute with any parties arising out of your use of the Site you hereby release PublicAuctionFinder from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
Will not be published until payment is received. We offer a variety of ad packages
For information about the ad packages available to private parties, click the "Ad your auction free" tab on our home page. By placing an ad through our Ad your auction free service, you agree to pay the fees specified in the package you select, regardless of whether your item sells as result of the ad. Take care in selecting your ad package and entering your ad information.
Sales are final. No Refunds:
We are not responsible for errors made in submitting advertising. If there is an error in any advertisement placed online, it is the responsibility of the person placing the ad to notify us or to otherwise modify the ad. For material errors caused by us, users will receive a credit toward the purchase of future advertising equal to the value of the advertisement for the time during which the material error existed (maximum one week). All such credit applied to future advertising only – NO REFUNDS.
Control.
We have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items advertised, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of AHs to sell or the ability of buyers to buy items. We do not ensure that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction.
Amendments.
We reserve the right, exercisable in our sole discretion, to change, modify, add to, subtract from, or otherwise amend the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. Except as otherwise stated below, all changes, modifications, or other amendments shall be effective on a prospective basis once they are posted on our Site. This Agreement may not otherwise be amended except in a writing signed by you and PublicAuctionFinder. Continued use of the Services by you constitutes your binding acceptance of this Agreement, including any changes or modifications made by us as described above. You agree to review the terms and conditions of this Agreement periodically to become aware of such revisions and to review your compliance with them. If at any time the terms and conditions of this Agreement are no longer acceptable to you, you must immediately cease all use of the Services. The right to access and use the Services is personal to you and is not transferable to any other person or entity.

PublicAuctionFinder and PublicAuctionFinder.com are trademarks and service marks of PublicAuctionFinder, ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. All other trademarks, service marks, product names and company names or logos appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners. Any use of such trademarks, service marks, product names and company names or logos, including the reproduction, modification, distribution or republication without the prior written permission of the owner of same, is strictly prohibited.
Fraudulent Activity.
You may not register to use any Services under a false name, or use an invalid or unauthorized credit card in connection with any Services. You may not make offers to purchase any goods or services under a false name while using the Services. You may not impersonate any other user of the Services, or make use of another user's password(s). Such fraudulent conduct is a violation of federal and state laws. Fraudulent conduct may be reported by us to law enforcement authorities, and we will cooperate with such authorities to ensure that violators are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Indemnity
YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS, US, OUR AFFILIATES, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS, FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, CLAIMS FOR DEFAMATION, TRADE DISPARAGEMENT, INVASION OF PRIVACY AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT) AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES AND COURT COSTS) ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO ANY ALLEGATION REGARDING: (1) YOUR USE OF THIS SITE; (2) INFORMATION OR MATERIAL POSTED OR TRANSMITTED BY YOU; AND, (3) ANY VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS BY YOU.
